Perform

Perform directory connected to Administration: Previously, your employee directory in Perform was separate from your employee directory in Administration. Now, changes in one area will carry over to the other. Additionally, the org file upload now supports the “Date of Hire” and “Department” fields from Perform.

Review cycles in Perform: Organization admins and Perform admins can now initiate review cycles from a new “Reviews Administration” page, accessible via the left-hand sidebar in Perform (not available in Perform Essentials). Set up organization-wide review cycles between employees and their managers, so employees can see their progression over time.

Non-domain employee emails in Perform: Perform now supports the ability to add employees whose email does not match an allowed organization email domain.
