The Predictive Index Announces Launch of PI Professional Series

Westwood, MA April 18, 2016The Predictive Index (PI), a company that empowers businesses to realize what drives workplace behaviors, today announced the launch of the company’s new PI Professional Series workshops. This advanced curriculum of instructor-led management workshops helps businesses maximize the productivity of their workforce by ensuring that the PI Methodology is integrated deep into the cultural fabric of their organization.

“We launched this new workshop series so that we could provide clients with flexible learning options to help them focus on the areas their employees need most – whether that‘s attracting talent, managing people or becoming a PI practitioner,” said Mike Zani, CEO of The Predictive Index. “This series enables businesses to tailor learning and development of employees at any level, allowing our clients to quickly gain the knowledge and applied insights they need to reach their business goals.”

Officially launching today, the new PI Professional Series provides top-notch instruction and practice, enabling companies to get rapidly up to speed on everything from the fundamentals of workplace behaviors to becoming a deep practitioner of PI. The curriculum is broken up into various sessions ranging from a half-day, full-day, or an in-depth two-day format to fit the varying learning and development needs of any organization.

“We trained dozens of our managers in the Managing People to Perform workshop over the last few months, and a number of them told me it was the best training they have ever attended,” said Tina Cloer, CEO of the Children’s Bureau. “They found it to be applicable to their job and immediately usable.”

PI Professional Series workshops can be scheduled per individual or as a very cost-effective room rate of up to as many as 20 people at a time. These instructor-led workshops include:
